Lousey front desk reception, with no customer service, they don't even verify visitors identification, because they won't move from the desk with the telephone, so there is no physical security measures.

I came into St. Catherine's Residence to ask for an application and I had alot of questions. The 2 gals at the front desk were very nice and both always had a smile on their faces, which means ALOT for a first impression. Also a gal named Crystal that I talked to after I filled out the application was very informative about the process, made me feel comfortable, and made sure all my questions were answered. I would like to thank you for having such wonderful staff!!
St C is a place that helps women who've been abused physically, suffered drug abuse and any other misfortunes. Their mission is to empower women to reclaim their lives back for themselves and their children. They are encouraged to financially support themselves and not depend on others to do it for them. They have resources to help you connect with the outside community so you can acquire what you need to get your life back. There's nothing like a second chance at life. St C is a Beacon of Light to help you get it right.
I was paying 500 a month to receive no services. I'm glad that some people get help from them, but the staff treated me horribly, didn't take my abuse issues seriously, and it felt like they just wanted people's government paychecks.
I've Been Living @ St Catherine For About 3 Months... So Far - I Love My Freedom & Space To MySelf... I Really Don't Have AnyThing Bad To Say About The Place Or My Room... All I Have To Say Is - That I'll Love To Thank Them For This Opportunity For Not Being Homeless AnyMore & For My Own Space, To Recuperate In - So That I Can Be In Public Society On My Own Time & As Needed!!!... \u003c3
