Due to a flat tire I had my Echo Sport towed to Uptown Lincoln Ford. I received a call from Lyle (service) early the next morning with an estimate of the cost for a tire and labor. I wanted to check on the cost of this car after the lease is up so I spoke with Scott (finance) who gave me that figure after he had pulled the file. Scott told me that the tire was covered under the lease policy I had with this car. I was surprised that it was covered because \who gets a flat anymore these days?\ My words, and Scott talked me into taking the coverage on day one of the lease. Thank you for that! I have had many interactions with this dealership and all have been professional and courteous.

My sales associate Amanda Foster, was kind, patient, and best of all knowledgeable. I have NEVER been given a vehicle demo like it. She knew each feature, top to bottom, front to back, inside and out. She was also terrific about showing me my potential finance options. I'm not impulsive and her patience was appreciated. It took me almost 2 weeks to decide and I made a last minute color change and she took it all in stride!
