Headquarters tells me my stuff will meet reqs; site says differently and does little to help outside of pointing to another location that does not accept materials.

I love our GMan. He's great. What I don't like is sneaky business practices, like changing your billing dates after you renew your contract and not making you aware until it's too late, so they can charge you a 65 reactivation fee. NOT a happy customer. Twice this has happened to me.
