Landfill expenses 3 ton minimum Gatorade needs to be equal across the board for all haulers 1 ton the Thousand ton the same it comes the price coming to the landfill I lost around 3000000 the last 10 years 3 ton minimum.

They wanted over 700 for a 14-day rental of their smallest dumpster 20/day for every day after that. That is more than double the price of the competition. A 12 yard dumpster of trash is a 12 yard dumpster of trash. Go where you can find the best price people!

Don't even think about their stupid bagsters. I bought 2. Filled them. Followed all of the directions and put them in my driveway. I get a notice that they wouldn't pick them up with no explanation. Now, I will have to empty the bagsters, move them to the road and fill them again even though they could have picked them up in the driveway. WASTE OF MONEY! After Waste Mis-Management responded here, I contacted them. I was told that they will be charging me 50 for their trip to tell me that, although my driveway meets their size requirements, they cannot pick up the bagsters. The driveway is 13 feet wide and 20 feet wide where the bagsters sit. There are no overhead lines. And I had a 20 ft roll off container delivered and picked up from the same location months ago. So, a huge 20 foot dumpster could be delivered and picked up but a truck just can't seem to manage picking up 2 bagsters. So, I spent 62 on the bags. 120 filling and unfilling them. And 50 for Waste Mis-Management to tell me that they won't pick them up. I'm suing them in small claims court. This is a scam.

Mixed feelings about these guys. Refused to take garbage because it wasn’t on the “curb”. First off we don’t have a curb and there is no clear defined end of driveway. The garbage was neatly placed near garage (7 feet away from “curb”). It was already a huge pile with the holidays. I really can’t understand why they didn’t take it considering how large the pile was. And if it were not close enough, why not just ring the bell and educate me? I would have gladly moved it. My only option now is to pack it all up in my truck and drive it to the dump. They’ve done a pretty good job in the past, hence the reason I’m still giving them 3 stars. But this was a little petty IMO.

Phillip and the crew at Waste Management went way above and beyond to help us with a sudden emergency need for a 30 yard roll off dumpster.. This was some of the best customer service experiences I have received in a while! To fully disclose I am not a friend, relative, owner or employee, I am simply and extremely grateful customer. Thanks to all who helped make this possible and kept our project on timeline :)

Their customer service department is very disjointed. If you want something special or send them an attachment in an email or even ask for a receipt, they will most likely make a huge mess of it.
