Whitlow's Security Specialists is an excellent company. I emailed them at 9 PM and they emailed me back bright and early the next day to call and make an appointment. I called and they were able to fit us in that day. Greg, the service technician, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He performed the service thoroughly, yet efficiently. Would recommend to anyone and would give 6 stars if possible! Thank you!

I'm very impressed with this locksmith. When we lost our main ignition key for our 2004 Lexus we only had an emergency flat \wallet\ key to start and run the vehicle. I bought an uncut/unprogrammed key on EBAY but could not find a locksmith that would cut it for a reasonable price. The technician at Whitlow's was able to cut and program my new key in less than 10 minutes while I waited in the lobby. Problem solved - the new key works great. The very reasonable price was about 1/3 of what the Lexus dealer wanted.
Called to get some pricing and information but ended up with extremely useful advice to fix my problem without requiring their service. I may not have purchased anything but I definitely know who I will call with any security/lock needs in the future. I will recommend to everyone I know!
I had a flip-out (key that folds into your remote) key for a 2003 VW Jetta that snapped due to the cold. I was worried I wood have to go to the dealer and pay over 200 for a new key with a mobilizer. For only 95, Whitlow created a new key for my car with an immobilizer chip just like my original key did. They even put some lubricant in my lock at no extra cost. I liked the new key better since it doesn't fold out and has a lower chance of breaking now when I try to turn a frozen lock on my car; it has more leverage! Had it not been for the short in my remote, they would've been able to program it to my car again!
I called to price a new keyfob. I was quoted 165. I was offered the option of just buying a fob. Which I did. Isaved125. Its very unusual for a business to sell something for less. Im very satisfied. I was in and out in about ten minutes, and I saved substantial amount of money. I give 5 stars.
