Called them to inspect the home i made a bid on, were available the next day. They found many problems i would not have found, gave me leverage to lower the selling price. Would definitely do business with them again.

It's nice to find a home inspector as thorough as these guys. We needed an inspection for a investment property and Best Long Island Home Inspection delivered. We were able to pinpoint a slight foundation issue that would of turned out to be a much bigger problem. We have had other inspectors in the best but these guys are good. It's nice they even tossed in a free termite inspection!

The home inspection I got was great! The inspector was professional and is Certified and Licensed in New York State. He was careful and thorough.. also he was very quick to send me a detailed report with clear photos of the house conditions both interior and exterior. Highly recommended!

Tom really helped me make the right decision about the house I plan to purchase. He inspected everything very carefully - and took time to answer my many questions about the house condition and systems. The report with nice clear pictures showed areas of concern that needed attention and repair. Also he checked for termites and found none which was a relief to me. Especially he was respectful and patient with me, a woman, and new home buyer. Would recommend
