I Love this place I want to thank Dr. María saketos for everything she has done and has helped me and I also want to thank her assistants who are at the front decks helping us and also her nurses, who are always waiting for me to follow the instructions of the medicines well. Thank God I recommend this place, they are very kind, they treated me very well. You need it, Well I recommend it, thank you.

Very nice staff but all very candid about how incredibly short staffed they are. Note- it's already confirmed staff will be even shorter in December. . Getting someone on the phone very difficult and plan to block out a couple hours for an appointment.

Truthfully I have to say I should have went with my instincts when I walked away from this facility twice. I have to say dealing with Dr. Saketos is not easy with her insensitive, stern, and laxidaisy attitude. The nurses and front and back desk staffs are awesome. Long story short I have hypertension with medication which is controlled decently. Also I have a slightly enlarged heart valve.I got a medical clearance from both my hematologist (low blood platelets) and cardiologist to proceed with IVF. Fast forward 3 days before embryo transfer Dr. Saketos calls to say she wants an opinion from a high risk OB/GYN and thinks I should freeze the embryos if they form how they should. And also I have thought of surrogacy. Obviously none of these options were discussed AT ALL ever with Dr. Saketos. I responded I felt this was a waste of my time because why the concern now after I injected all medications and egg retrieval and not at the beginning of my request? Her response was \because I read your chart\ with a stern voice four times. Like for what? So was my chart never reviewed before asking for authorizations from my insurance company and requesting medications? This is definitely not the field for her to be in speaking with an attitude especially if none was given. I have the right to ask questions. This is my body. I do not have any issues speaking to any doctors for precautionary reasons. One never knows one state of mind after a miscarriage and having to be told your only option now is IVF. For me that was a tough pill to swallow. So now to deal with attitude because I am inquisitive will not work for me. This is not an easy journey. To lose trust and not feel compassion and disheartening. And that exactly is how Dr. Saketos makes me feel. Now I have to figure out how to transfer my embryos from their facility to another if they form. Your instincts ARE always correct.

Dr.Kuokkanen is AMAZING! Valerie at the front desk is so professional and very helpful from day one. Carla one of their MA’s is just like a breath of fresh air. This office is by far one of the best offices I’ve ever been to as far as professionalism, cleanliness, etc. Dr.kuokkanen kept me calm and at ease the entire few months that she has been following and treating me, she assured me that everything would be okay and she was absolutely right! Her bedside manners are excellent as well as her people skills. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone! Dr.Fritz is awesome also, I dealt with him only once when my doctor was out of the office and overall I’m just happy and satisfied with my experience here hands down.
