Terrible customer service. To the owner's reply: You can have your rep respond to emails and phone messages in a timely manner. After speaking with my husband and confirming delivery I spent a day waiting for a delivery that never came. I called a few times and left messages with no call backs. I finally spoke to the rep and was told there was no carrier assigned for my delivery. Her error and no apology. I received my order today.
