Resolute and Meticulous Lawyer Served with a spurious federal lawsuit (trademark, property rights & defamation) that was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York in December 2019, against our business and ourselves, my husband and I scrambled to find a lawyer who could defend us against these unfounded claims. Brian was amazing and extremely helpful to say the least! My social media account was hacked and I was being blackmailed. I felt helpless and overwhelmed with my situation before he was recommended to me by a friend. She was able to connect us over the phone at 8:30pm on a Friday night and he immediately investigated and found an unlisted number to the HR department for Snapchat.
