Very nice experience. We were the 1st local riders she booked for a trail ride since the state shut stuff everything. Felt very safe and distanced with no contact aside from handing helmets back and forth. We'll be back for maybe her guided longer Lake Anna State Park ride the next time.

Sarah was excellent with my Daughter and I as we went on a trail ride. My Daughter loved the ride and I really enjoyed being on a horse again.
I started riding with Sarah almost 15 years ago. She is a wonderful instructor with awesome, well-mannered horses. Colchester is an amazing place to advance your riding - whether you've never been on a horse or already have experience. Colchester is also great for those just looking for a trail ride. The property has beautiful trails that are wonderful for all skill levels. For more advanced riders Sarah offers rides at Lake Anna State Park.
Sarah was great and really knows the horses well! We did an hour trail through the woods and really enjoyed it. We started slow to get an opportunity to get comfortable with the horses. We later got to start a faster pace. I highly recommend riding with her to anyone looking for a horse riding experience!
My wife took our extended family for a trail ride through the woods - they had a great time! No one (except my wife) was very experienced on horses, and Sarah was very helpful with everyone. Overall, we would recommend this for anyone.
