A ton of local history that is not just about mining. Great celebration of immigration, culture, women's rights, local development, historical events, etc. Super friendly and helpful staff. A lot of just looking and reading displays, so not really great for little kids.

Wow, what a great place displaying the coal industry from the Pittsburg Ks. Area. Museum is the result of FEMA after a tornado a few years ago.
