My cousin has been doing her PT with Mini Miracles for about roughly 3 months now-- both telehealth and onsite-- and we've had a great experience so far. While in quarantine, we did telehealth appointments. Not only was the Zoom application easily accessible, but her therapists were also super understanding of any hang-ups we had during our session. The last month or so, we've been going onsite weekly and she's loving it! At first we were a little hesitant about going somewhere as hands-on as a therapy office right now, but were reassured when we saw the precautions being taken. For example - upon arrival you call to check-in and your child's therapist comes out to get them, staff and guardians are required to have masks, temperature checks are done at the door, and we were offered a private room if preferred. On top of that, she has a great time during sessions. With a dislocated hip, it's sometimes a fine line between a good stretch and a painful one-- but they've been incredibly intuitive of what she can tolerate. By her second onsite appointment, she was talking up a storm and trying harder to participate as she got more comfortable. I've seen a lot of progress in her releasing tension and having more confidence in her movements. Overall, I'm super impressed. We're always looking forward to next week ️
