I worked with Brian Skillingstad regarding a new quote for my Auto/Renters policies and he was great to work with! Very quick with responses and helpful when trying to find me the best insurance deals out there. Recommend working with them if you are ever looking for an agent!

Pretty good! I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time, it wasn't as timely as I had expected (25 minutes past scheduled time), but the service was good Also, I think that without the appointment it would have been much longer of a wait.

So thankful this place exists for drivers license renewal as you can be in and out in less than a half hour if you're able to make an appointment. Unfortunately making an appointment is a bit of a joke as, at least right now, you have to log on to the website at midnight if you want to find any available slots, and click on \first available\ which will likely be about a month off, and just for that one day. That's what I ended up doing and it worked out well but it took some trial and error. Fill out the info online, that will save time to you, the clerk, and the other people in line. The other thing they don't tell you is, if you want the fancier drivers license you have to bring a whole bunch of documents, including passport and / or birth certificate - not 100% sure here so do your research before you go. I did not know that so I ended up just getting the regular drivers license for 32 (also worth knowing is that they charge extra for credit cards so bring cash or checks only).

The license services...well, don’t expect efficiency. It took 5 hours of waiting to renew a driver’s license. They’ll cite the increased traffic because of the new license requirements, but like most government agencies, they need to update their processes. I applied online prior to coming in, which seemingly did nothing except to add additional service charges to my bill. Why not use an online application and scheduler? Why not allow people to submit documentation online and then come in just to verify and take the eye exam? This place was like a 1980’s deli counter without the juicy payoff.
