Service is always good! Glad to see they are still around. We have been buying fish here for over 20yrs. We trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else! I even just take the kids in when they were little just to feed the turtles and see the big sea turtle..

Very knowledgeable and friendly, plenty of staff to answer questions. They have an amazing assortment of fish. I'd take my kid their just to look around, I assume they'd be cool with that. I got this white cichlid at the bottom of the photo. He was spendy but worth it.

Been here for years. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Great selections of fish and everything else you need. Reasonably priced. Very very clean. Awesome storefront appearance.

Was looking for a specific rasbora to add to my current school. Asked if the one I was looking at had other names, was told yes, they looked the same but were labeled glowlight. He said they were probably the same, so I went for it. By the time I paid, they clearly weren’t the same without the glow light. Should’ve followed my gut. The employee wanted me to take them anyway-and was clearly annoyed with me for not settling for the wrong fish. He huffed and puffed. Gave me a credit slip so I guess I’ll be back someday . Literally nobody in the store, and he couldn’t take the time to carefully answer my question. “Good enough” was his attitude. So...I guess if you go, do your research. They won’t offer thoughtful help. Lots of fish, everything looked healthy but customer service was lacking.

The amount of knowledge that comes from these guys is great. I've gotten so much help guidance and unique problem solving skills. And very little pressure to more stuff.
