It’s the stereotypical local hardware store and they do it well . Mostly knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Custom screens and window glass service , and an adjoining old school barber shop!( never used it cause I have long hair ....) support your local hardware store!

The customer service was very helpful. They showed me the location of the item that I was looking for in a matter of seconds. I even signed up for their rewards program.
They were extremely helpful and accommodating even though they were pretty busy when I was in. I spent a couple hours in there two days in a row having them fit a custom pipe for a bicycle project. They were extremely patient in trying to find something in the store that would work for me since I’m not even exactly sure what will work best. They even took the extra step of looking to online suppliers to see what else was available beyond their selection. The staff was really fantastic and I’ll be taking all my small hardware and nuts and bolts business here. Great little neighborhood store.
Great service during COVID - if you call them, they will grab your items and do curbside pick-up for you so you don’t have to go in!
Theyvhave a very friendly staffing and they always have the hardware that I need.
