Would not recommend cintas service from this location. We own a small business and continuously are billed for items that are not provided. We have brought it up numerous times to our sales rep and the customer service department and it’s the same story every time. Always told it won’t happen again but it does not stop. I lost faith in their ability to accurately bill for their services. It’s not about the consistent 10 a week that is improperly billed it’s about their inability to resolve a repeating problem.

They provide uniforms for my company and do an absolutely horrible job. They messed up all of our uniform orders and have not been able to fix it for 3 months! I still don't have pants that fit as they keep giving me the wrong size. They can do better

Terrible customer service. If you are a small business owner- buy your uniforms or simply have your employees pay for them. Cintas is a crooked company with poor ethics. Trust this warning.

They have an employee stalker criminal named Antoine sending death threats won’t stop sending pictures with his uniform on I called and complained he calls private plays on the phones this is ridiculous
