CBS did a fantastic job sussing out the problems and coming up with the solutions my old house was in desperate need of. Stephen was a rock star and explained everything so that it made sense. They follow through, do what they say and get back to you quickly if you have questions. HIGHLY recommend them!
I recently used the team at CBS for a roof project related to a recent hail storm. Specifically, I was looking for detailed documentation on supporting hail damage to my roof. A friend of mine had used this company with very positive results and a very favorable impression, so I thought I'd reach out and give them a try. I was impressed from the first call to the company, the home inspection process, working with my contractor all the way to the final reporting. The final report from them was clear, concise and totally understandable. They were responsive, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.
As a Realtor it's important to have reliable and responsive service providers especially in the midst of the inspection period of a transaction. I was representing the buyer of a 150 yr old historic property and my buyer needed a professional assessment of the home's foundation and structural integrity. A colleague of mine referred me to CBS and after reaching out by email their operations manager promptly followed up with me. They were booked solid but Michelle took the extra time to see if they could shuffle around existing appointments in order to accommodate my client's short notice needs, which they were able to do. The structural engineer assigned to our evaluation was professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my client's concerns and anxiety during the evaluation. It was her dream home after all! The engineer's analysis and delivery were discerning yet tactful and gave my client and me the necessary information to move forward in the inspection negotiations with confidence.
I had a great experience with this company. I needed a structural engineer to sign off on a rooftop unit my company was installing to close out a permit. They were responsive and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
