The workers stayed an hour and a half past closing time because they knew I was coming to pick up a cat. I would give 5 stars if there was better posted signage of where to pick up your pet. From the parking lot I had no idea where to go.
I had excellent customer service & they stayed late (after hours) until my live animals were safely in my vehicle. A fantastic first experience with Delta Cargo. Thank you!
Went to pick up live fish cargo and could not accomplish picking up the fish because Delta cargo was closed at 6 pm and our live fish arrived at 6:24 pm. Our shipper claimed he was told the cargo dock was open until 9pm. Very disappointing experience that Delta could not accommodate a solution to get our fish to us in a timely manner. Delta said we would have to return tomorrow morning to get our live fish. Problem is they might not be alive tomorrow morning!
