Warning!!! Prepare to give them your business and personal info before they will even answer your questions. Sorry, Not selling my soul yet. I Shared all business info with them then they went on personal scavenge. I paused and said I need to know if you have what I seek first and Lady told me she was not qualified to answer and could not transfer me to someone that could until she had all my info first. I let her know that Mr. *_*_*_* was as far as I was willing to go personally and she said my first name was required in full. And then there was more to come. GOODBYE!

While the website can be a little disorienting, a quick call to the company had me on the right track. The people on the other end of the line, at least in my experience, were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I came away from the exchange a happy customer, confident I ordered the correct parts for my project.

Highly disappointed in policies regarding online web structure and multi-user access. Digi-Key fails to empathize with its customers in viewing orders from tiered users. Nearly every other company, including its competitors Mouser and Newark, allow this. When your employee leaves and Digi-Key finds out, their entire order history is scrapped, leaving your new buyer blind unless they pretend to be that user. Redevelopment of Digi-Key's web portal is imperative and its costing its customers until they do.

Not impressed with their customer service, I sent in an PO and didn't hear from them for 2 weeks to find out I have to sign some document and then wait another 9 weeks. My order sat for 2 weeks and no one did anything - that is NOT good customer service!
