Went in for an exam a couple days ago and had a great experience! Ariel was friendly and helpful with ensuring my insurance info was up to date and made it easy to book. I can't remember her name, but the person at the front desk when I went in was also friendly and explained well the form I needed to fill out. Dr. Kevin Rodda was very professional and explained things well while making sure to answer any questions I had. It was interesting when he explained the different things that could be seen in my scan. Seeing the difference between having and not having glasses helped me realize I should have them. Meridith was the technician that helped with most of the tests and made an already great experience even better. She perfectly balanced being personable with clearly explaining everything and what to expect from each test while also adding in some humor and getting through all the tests quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely recommend Downtown Eyes for anyone needing an exam.

Super great experience. Appointment pre-work was one online and extremely easy to complete and interact with. Greeted by reception with a smile on their face, routine exam was performed by a very nice and personable young lady. Finished with a very intelligent doctor (and owner) which addressed each and every question I had. She didn’t rush, just provided great patient care.

Definitely a great experience! I went in to get my first eye exam after holding of for far to long. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable, I was concerned about the process of picking out a frame as I am a detail oriented person but I felt very comfortable and confident with my decisions. Everyone was kind and happy to help me out, will definitely be back!

What a horrible office. There eye exam told me absolutely no information but was incredibly overpriced. Additionally when I tried to order glasses online and called there office to ask for my records so I could do the work myself they said things like pupillary distance isnt measured and is charged separately by request outside of the exam. In fact the only information they were able to tell me through my exam was the sphere measurement not measurements for anything else on my eyes, even though I specifically came in to be measured and tested for contacts and/or new glasses! The exam was roughly 10 minutes and a complete and utter waste of time they told me nothing and said everything had to either be done separately or at a different time. I would never waste my time or money ever again.
