The team at Electronics Recycling of Minneapolis is great! We are a mid-sized home security system provider and have a decent amount of old electronics that we recycle.. we've been looking for a source to recycle with, and the office was very quick at getting back to us and confirming everything that we could drop off (which was everything that we had!). No charge for 100-150 pounds of miscellaneous electronics, and a problem that I thought was going to take a week to solve was solved in about 15 minutes. Thanks team!
The staff member that helped me was polite and efficient. They seem to take most old computers, phones, or peripherals for recycling, much of it for free. Also, now that Home Depot has stopped recycling fluorescent tubes, this is probably the most convenient place to do so for those who live in NE. If I have need of such services again, this will be the first place I go.
We've been sitting on some electronics for disposal for (we thought) lack of a convenient place nearby. We were wrong. Super fast in and out, fair disposal fees, most stuff is free.
I had accumulated a bunch of old electronics over a few years and wanted to get rid of them before a move. This place was close by so I scheduled an appointment to drop off and it was super convenient and quick. He even was flexible on the fees which was really nice. I will definitely be going back next time I need to get rid of some e-waste, which given my hobbies may not be too far in the future. Highly recommended for any electronics you need to dispose of.
