DIDN'T HAVE THE CAR I RESERVED. It was a minivan for 5 people, he offered me a sedan. Only when I got there to pick up and started complaining did he start calling around to other locations to find a sub. First, though, he told me to \lose the attitude.\ If ever there was a time to have an attitude...! I checked their website while he called around, and this location was still offering minivans for pick up that morning even though they didn't have one. Fraud.
We plow, shovel, an salt. I've never rented a vehicle. I see they are moving cars. I see that they are really nice to their customers.
I had an excellent experience renting a car from here! They were very quick and efficient and so pleasant to work with. It was very much appreciated because I was renting a car for work and had a lot of other matters to spend my energy on. I was SO thankful they let me rent without the need of a credit card. Thank you!!
