Robert came to our home and was able to identify the sources of dysfunction of our complex AV home system ( a task others had failed at several times). When completed with his repairs, our system was more capable and versatile than ever before and we were very satisfied. He fully provided all the services he promised with competence, always offering alternative options to proceed. A strong recommendation is well-earned!

Very knowledgeable, good technology options for your home entertainment setup, design, revision, or you just want to find out what is the latest in home electronics. The universal remotes are amazing. The owner is a great guy, patient, smart, knows products, knows install and also an electrician.

After a brief phone conversation in the morning, Robert drove to St. Louis Park today to evaluate my girlfriend's home audio/visual media system. To be quite honest, my GF has 4-5 remotes and I had erroneously hit a button on one of the remotes which caused a bigger problem. I could not get the TV to switch to cable for 4-6 weeks after troubleshooting for multiple hours myself. To make matter more complicated, there are several components hooked up to this system, including cable. During the morning conversation previously, Robert referred to himself as the \Sherlock Homes\ of electronic home systems. Robert was very professional upon arrival and very down-to-earth. Robert did a brief evaluation and trouble-shooted each piece of equipment (even brought his own equipment) until he had a probably cause of the problem. It was the cable box which was \stuck\ and unable to re-set itself. Robert called Comcast and spoke to the technician as I am not familiar with all of the lingo. Robert offered to stay until the problem was resolved, but I communicated I could get a new cable box from Comcast. After getting a new cable box, the TV worked finally after 6 weeks!!! Not only was his theory correct, but he had given me a tutorial on the equipment which is very useful for a novice or someone that is not electronically savvy. Robert's figured out the problem in approximately 30 minutes and his rate was very reasonable compared to Geek Squad (200.00/hr), I cannot thank Robert enough and his expertise (especially after he baled me out from the TV at my GF not working for another 6 weeks-hehehe). This guy is a genius and I highly recommend him. Sincerely, Jay
