Jeffrey is an exceptionally knowledgeable, fair-minded, honest professional with immense integrity, intelligence, and expertise in his field. It is indeed very rare to find such a person whose kindness and patience and unparalleled experience and integrity is clear and consistent throughout the long and often stressful processes of naturalization. Jeffrey makes the experience somehow warm and smooth while still being incredibly effective and honest, efficient and again kind. It is rare for kindness and intelligence, integrity and warmth, and fairness and unmatched expertise to be all rolled into one person; and, Jeffrey has this all. Since my very first phone call, I have been amazed and reassured by Jeffrey’s consistent and truly remarkable sense of goodness, fairness, and exceeding intelligence. He will not charge you extra for a five min call, for example, or a twenty minute call, or even a series of long extra questions. He always returns with straightforward and clear answers, in a timely and highly capable and efficient manner. And throughout this long and arduous process, it is clear that he truly clearly cares for the well being of his clients. He once called just for a sense of reassurance when I was particularly anxious about the process. So many individuals with great experience and expertise and intelligence actually can become less engaged with these other important qualities, of keeping fair and kind and holding a high sense of decency and kindness amidst all, but Jeffrey truly has honestly and integrity and true fairness on top of his expertise and wisdom. And he has reminded me that there are some exceptionally wonderful people in this world.
