DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! First of all if you would like to pay in cash they will not give you ANY change. This is terrible customer service and frankly very rude. The food taste very good but unfortunately there poor customer service is turning me away. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Pure deliciousness! Located inside of Le Pot. The pearls here are always fresh. Everything is made to perfection, whether it's blended or shaken. My favorite is the Taro Slush with pearls.
Customer service isn't too bad. Drinks came out relatively fast. Well done.
They incorporated a new method of placing your order which involves speaking into the microphone. It makes things a little difficult to hear, but it feels much safer, and the workers are super friendly. The drinks were wonderful as always, it'll forever be a favorite bubble tea chain.
As a disclaimer, I have no qualms with Kung Fu tea. I recently moved to Chicago so this bubble tea chain is a frequent destination for my friends and me. The bubble tea is fine and the great tasting as always. However, this location SPECIFICALLY has very poor customer service. The employees working here are simply not nice and have an attitude that is not welcoming or pleasant. The cashier repeatedly doubted whether I truly wanted 30% sugar, stating that my drink won't have any flavor (despite me ALWAYS ordering that percent of sugar). Feeling pressured, I got 70%, which definitely was too sweet. I asked to exchange the drink and the employees not only did so begrudgingly, but also had the nerve to ask me to pay the price difference, which was a big whopping difference of 0. What topped this experience was the fact that the employees were definitely talking about me behind my back, assuming I didn't speak Chinese. They were wrong - I understood what they said and it was not respectful. My friends and I definitely did not feel welcomed here - please do check out their other locations or hit up cha time if you want nice service.
