This company is terrible! I had four open support tickets for which I never received a response.They also charged me a different rate than I was promised, in writing. Run away from Life Lock as fast as you can!

Customer service is poor and unhelpful. Talk to a recorded person. Long wait on phone to speak to a real live person. Same questions asked over. Impossible to correct a problem. Lifelock is expensive cost goes up yearly. They ask personal questions. When questions are ANSWERED its a runaround process. Frustrated and Disgusted with there proceedure, it's impossible to correct problem when a notification is sent from Lifelock. Will call BBB and REPORT them. Recommend not using them find another company that offers a respectful way to treat customers.
