Talking about terrible customer service! I ordered through uber eats for lunch at work. I ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with no cheese, 10 piece nugget, fry with no salt and a large sweet tea. What I got was cheese on the burger, salt on my fries , a large coke and no nuggets. I call and the manager that answered the phone was like \sorry call uber eats\. What has me upset is do your employees know how to read? I mean no salt no cheese really and how in the hell do you get sweet tea mistaken for coke??

Eh they attitudes suck food aight eggs taste like cardboard
It seems like everytime I go to this mcdonalds for an egg mcmuffin I get one that is stale and old or one that has been burnt badly (the english muffin will be charred black)., I complained about it once and they told me they couldnt do anything because they are cooked on a timer and they can't change it. This place is run like absolute garbage, go to the one on 24th and nicollet instead.
The food is better than most places, quality wise. But the service is outstandingly bad. The people are nice but they always try to give me other people’s orders. It often takes 15 minutes just waiting them to get me my burger. If you’re in no hurry go ahead.
Night crew incompetent. The teen who took the order was more concerned about his skinny jeans and pretty hair. I've eaten the same sandwich (fish fillet) longer than he's been alive but he tells me I'm wrong. The audacity he had to act so pretentious. You be the judge.
