how about just describe it as one of the best coffee houses. every time I come here it seems like the nicest happiest people are around. the brewed coffee is actually good they don't rely only on the fancy drinks. you can't go wrong with a good solid cup of coffee. light brewed to dark.

My favorite coffee shop in the Twin Cities. Dennis the owner is really kind and knows many of his regulars by their first name and drink of choice. I love they sell Christmas trees on site each year and even deliver them for free. They make really great sandwiches too. I'll spend my money here over Caribou and Starbucks all day long. Keep local businesses alive!!
Had a London fog and was one of the best ones I've ever had
Super nice staff, clean, well lit, and great prices! Just stopped in for some ice cream after walking around the lake, but will for sure be back for sandwiches in the future.
Great dining experience! Outdoor option to eat outside. Walk away from the beautiful Lake Nokomis to walk all that delicious (e.g this waffle breakfast w/no bacon option) food! Go checkout the nearby shops too!

Nokomis Beach Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in the Twin Cities. They are always friendly, professional and their products are top notch. I especially love the personal feel that I get from Dennis, Mary and their entire staff. I highly recommend stopping here for your next cup of java and a bite to eat.
First time going to this coffee shop this morning. The moment I stepped through the door I felt like I was being yelled at with a “what do you want?!” I did not feel welcome and felt like I was treated very rudely. Will not be going back. Coffee was good but rude customer service.
