Any bar that hosts metal is cool!

Nice patio and cold beer! Great bar to hit in the summer when cavorting around Cedar Ave.

Awesome dive bar! Great staff and fabulous live bands! The outdoor smoking patio with fire pit provides a nice respite during long shows.

Great place to watch a Tottenham Hotspur match, play bocce ball or listen to live music.

Absolutely magical patio in the summer. Great tree coverage to keep you cool during the humid Minnesota summers. Also, outdoor patio games to play. Indoors, there’s a nice bar with good drink specials, great and friendly service, and a performance stage where you can catch live shows and trivia. The indoor space can be a bit tight/intimidate depending on what sort of experience you’re looking for. Definitely a cut above being a “dive”, and decent music on with a couple small television screens. No food, but one of my preferred patios and bars for the warm summer days. Just a short walk from the light rail station and in great proximity to some really good restaurants. A wonderful place to pregame before a live show at The Cedar.

Wonderful, dark, dive bar with good drinks. Street parking is fairly easy to find in the neighborhood behind the bar or jump into the U of MN public parking just a block north on cedar and one block east on riverside next to the Acadia and Campus Cafe for "worry free" overnight parking. The Nomad has great bartenders and they allow friendly and behaved doggos on the big patio.

Not too bad of a walk from the West Bank light rail station. They used to have a special for soccer fans on game days, but that seems to have been retired? It was a big draw for me as it was such a great deal. Still a fun spot, but a bit out of the way for us soccer fans, especially once the new stadium is finished. The surly hell special was a great (read: major) draw.

Was in the neighborhood for another establishment and saw this place. Stopped in for a drink. I am a minor fan of Tottenham, so it was super cool to be in here. Not busy at all, but it was early and they were prepping for their Salsa night. Bartender was real friendly, even let me use an outlet to charge my phone.
