Just received my MacBook Pro case after waiting for what seems like forever. NOT impressed. I did not realize I was ordering a 100 stick on case. I’m already concerned about the stickers doing long term damage to my brand new laptop. Advertised on their site as rugged and beautiful but it is neither. Provides no protection. Looks cheap. So disappointed. I had bookmarked other products on their site but will definitely not be making another purchase.

I placed an order three weeks ago. It still has not been fulfilled correctly. The initial (Bella Fino case with monogramming and tri color pack of straps) order never arrived. I kept being told that the postal service can take at least two weeks for delivery. Finally, a replacement was sent without the monogramming for which I paid extra. Today, I received the package of tri colored straps, for which I also paid extra, and only two were in the package. I am still waiting to hear back on tracking for the third package that is supposed to be the correct item. Very disappointing experience and no urgency on their part to make things right. These are expensive items. I’m surprised that they are so lackadaisical about their level of customer service and satisfaction. In my line of busy, this is considered a service failure and would be corrected immediately.
After having my iPad case for less than two weeks (and after waiting since April to get it), I couldn't be more disappointed in it. The sticky part that was supposed to keep my iPad attached to the case fell off and no longer sticks. I thought I'd simply remove it and order a replacement until I realized that it is \u003eimpossible\u003c to remove the sticky part that remained on my iPad keyboard case. I'm now left with a keyboard that is permanently damaged because of the sticky part. Additionally, trying to find a place to review anywhere on the website was unsuccessful. No doubt they're trying to prevent new customers from seeing the reviews of unhappy ones like mine. Thankfully, they can't hide from Google Reviews. I definitely do not recommend purchasing any cases that have sticky elements to them. Safe time and money and purchase elsewhere.
I bought a pad & quill book for my mom's iPad mini. It is a durable product even after three years of daily use. This is a great investment to protect your electronic toys.
Great company that stands by their products. Customer service is top notch too. Been a customer since 2012 and nothing else even comes close.

I've had a P&Q case for my iPhone 6 since they first came out. The case is 2nd to none. With wear and tear, the strap was getting loose but P&Q stood by their product. I sent in my case on Monday. They fixed and returned to me within 3 business days, no charge. Way to make a quality product and stand behind it.
