Even through the pandemic, PinKU has continued to provide excellent food and service. Because of their size, they’ve been able to maintain their full staff and full menu (unlike many other restaurants, especially those that serve sushi). We miss sitting inside and listening to the banter and singing of the staff amd can’t wait to get back in there... until then we’re totally content with their offering!

Delicious food, great service, cool vibe and not hard to find! We were excited to try this place out and not disappointed! We loved everything-- the crispy salmon was particularly nice. Got the house specialty drink which was also delicious.

PinKU is an easily missed diner-like restaurant on Mpls east bank. They describe themselves as serving Japanese street food which is fairly accurate. They always have a great reasonably priced menu, fresh ingredients, great local and Japanese beers. I live in downtown and this is one of the places I bring visitors.
Love this place so much! Truly unique foods and flavors that you just can't get anywhere else. The chef here is so very talented. I wish everyone could eat here at least once in their lives.
