I recently purchased a town-home in Plymouth and then had to move to a different state for work. I didn't want to sell because I didn't have much equity and would have lost a ton of money. I reached out to Place Property Management and they took care of finding me a great renter for three years. I'm glad I went with a smaller company that was responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend them if you need property management in the Minneapolis area.
Aaroosh and his team are very easy to work with. We needed to find a renter for our townhouse very quickly and he was able to not only find us qualified tenants, but had it filled before we even intended! He communicates well, and we feel a weight off our shoulders knowing he will be managing our property. He is very affordable and honest. The photographer he uses is also AMAZING! Will definitely continue to use their management services.
I tried to landlord myself before I hired Place Property Management. I own a single family home in Minnetonka and got some bad tenants. Aaroosh and his team were able to get come in and help me straighten the place out. They created a list of items that needed to be repaired and had handyman that could take care of it. He found great renters within a month and keeps an eye out for me. For the price this is a great service and essential if you own a property if for the very least just an extra pair of eyes. I've been with them for about 6 months, great service.
