Not a good company to work for. The training was done by someone out of country and he just trained you on basic laws. When you get placed into a department they tell you no client specifics its completely up to you to ask the right questions to the other agents. The supervisor I had never answered you pretty much had to ask him to reply. They also say it's all about the team and working together but then the agents would be very shady towards one another. Take my advice and find another place to work, this job was very draining and not worth any amount of pay. It was a mess and needs a lot of improvement.

Doesn’t seem like a legit business. All I got was a phone call and demands for my address and social security number and the man I spoke to on the phone refused to tell me why he needed this information. I’m just gonna say it’s fraudulent.

I was in the process of entering in a position at the Edina, MN location. After the interview I was told that a contact from Radius Global Solutions will be contacting me about the background check and drug screening request. Twice she failed to provide me the request date for DT screening. Twice she accused me of not getting it done. I didn't receive a call, no voice message and no email with attachments. I was only given the request when I made the attempt to contact the agent. I guess we don't leave voicemails, texts and emails in the 21st century. She had the audacity to quarantine the email exchange just to cover herself from embarrassment. I'm not mad about not getting the position, I'm more angry at how it was handled. Do your job correctly please. I know it's embarrassing, but at least own up to your mistakes Ms. Agent.
