I called before hand for information before i went and they were very helpful. I went in at 1pm for a walk in and was greeted in the most polite way by the nice lady at the desk. I felt very comfortable and not stressed at all for such a serious appointment. I filled everything out and was called back within 10 minutes. Got all the information i needed, tested and was out the clinic within an hour. Was told about state programs for funding so i didnt have to pay for anything. My doctor was very attentive and funny which made it less stressful. Was a very pleasant experience and i appreciate everybody who works there. Thank you!!! Will be going back for all my future testing and check ins.

Reality Tv Is the Bomb

This clinic has saved my life for free so many times during the darkest days of my addiction. A true gem of how government funded health service should work in this country. Walk in, pay nothing, get cured, get thousands of dollars of medication for free. I don’t see how anyone could speak poorly about this clinic. For those with no resources, as long as you go Mon-Fri during business hours, you can get everything you need - for free. If I ever make any money I am donating it back to this place.

The staff person I was with was exceptionally thoughtful, educational and fun. Best screening site I've been to! If you're able, visit on off-times to avoid a long wait.

I regularly go to Red Door for check ups and such. I've always had great interactions. The folks up front are always exceptionally polite, discreet, and helpful. And the doctors/nurses are all that, and actually listen & respond to questions. I've never felt like the doctor's were being condescending here. Scaling pricing is also great.

I was thrilled to see a clinic with such great reviews and was greatly disappointed today by the actions the clinic took. My significant other and I both travel for work but we called to see if we could make an appointment for him today while we were in town to deal with an urgent matter. They didn't have any appointments for today, but we were told we could bring him in for a walk in appointment before 5 pm and it would just be an hour wait or so- so he drove 30 minutes to the clinic and was told they cut the walk in time to 4:35pm today. We just called you before driving all that way. This clinic just greatly disappointed me.
