The Royal is the best ham you could ever want on a fluffy dinner roll. Keep it simple, maybe add a little butter but it doesnt even need it. The fat in the ham melts like butter. Truly fantastic product!
Got a lot of food here and overall great experience. All came to a crash when we went to eat the soppressata. The label tells you to remove the casing before eating. GOOD luck! I have an easier time shucking oysters than try to to get the casing off this meat.
Red Table is such a cool place. They use high quality pork and make very high quality salami and cured meats with it. They are located in the food building and you can tour it and see how the businesses make their products through the windows. It is a pretty cool experience.
