I highly recommend Robert if you are looking for a very personal experience and high quality custom work. He 3D printed a model of what I was looking for and his work was immaculate. He and his wife run the business and they really get to know you and make you feel like part of their family. I returned 5 years later for a ring cleaning and they both remembered me and my husband including details of our wedding story, careers, and families. This kind of a personal experience is hard to find!

I cannot say enough about this jeweler. I had a ring that was handed down to me from my mother. I lost the stone. The stone was very rare. They were my third jeweler. Kim worked so hard to find the stone, a rare Italian stone. I had given up hope. She found the stone! I cried when I saw the ring, and she cried with me. I would highly recommend them. They were so kind and patient during the design stage. The final outcome was so much more than I ever could have imagined. They are both such amazing people.
