The tech and staff were awesome. With the cold weather there were at times 7 people in their 10x20 waiting room. Not all of the other customers were COVID-19 cautious. Upon request the staff went over and above to relocate me to another location onsite. I do not blame the staff for the waiting room situation and I appreciate their accommodating me as I am high risk.

Great service and communication! I was impressed with how easy I was able to get in touch and stay in touch with them during the process of my window repairs. They also finished everything very quickly. They came all the way to my work location and the guy helping me got in touch with me before hand in order to make sure for a smooth process! I can’t speak for the cost cause my insurance covered everything but the service is great!

My window was stuck and wouldn't roll up, and since that's a less complicated process than replacing a window entirely, the employees working today were able to look it immediately (even though I'd messed up the appointment process). I couldn't be happier with how it went. Everyone was professional and polite, and the window was fixed within maybe an hour. I know this isn't their usual project, exactly, but they still deserve commendation for excellent service.

Came in for an appointment to have my windshield replaced. Had to set up an appointment ahead of time, but they had all of my insurance information ready. The tech managed to get my vehicle in about a half hr early, and had the entire process done (including calibrating the cameras) in about half the time I was expecting. Everything works perfectly, and Safelite has done a wonderful job.

-My dashboard was left filthy -A piece from my trim wasn’t put back in place -I have greasy hand prints on my car and review mirror -The lady and gentleman I spoke with upon pickup were very polite. Neither of them were the ones working on my car though. -Just wish they paid attention to details as now I have to re-clean my car just because of the poor work. Our automobiles are important to us. They should treat them like they’re theirs.
