Be in line by 6:00 am and you’ll probably leave before 11:00 am. The earlier the better when going to this location.

Line was not very long at opening time, it moved quickly and we were out in 30 min from opening time with two cards. The staff is very helpful, even asked if both of us needed a new card - we only went there for one and left with two.

I cannot tell you how many times I have called in because appointments are unavailable, wait in the queue to speak to a representative and have my call hung up on once I am at the front of the queue. I have worked in call centers and I know what is happening when I hear a quick breath or shuffle and the line disconnects. I have called multiple times and I am really lucky if a rep actually takes my call. I am just wanting a simple question answered and just having an answer will save me money, time and stress. Also, I have a situation where if I don't have a name change on my social security card by next week ( I started this process of sending in my documents 5 months ago) I lose my housing, access to my nursing classes, etc. HOW IS THAT NOT QUALIFYING FOR AN IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT?!? It is not my fault they have taken 5 months via mail with my sensitive documents and I still have not seen a social security card. When you get on the phone with someone they are rude, hang up, are unhelpful. I am just tired of it. I am actually on the phone right now and can tell someone picked up the phone and just turned off their microphone. This is so ridiculous!!! These are peoples lives!!! You can't play around just because you don't like helping people who are probably really stressed and frustrated. Just be kind, just pick up the phone, just do the bare minimum! (update, I have now been hung up on... AGAIN!) I hope a supervisor sees this, please do a QA on my call, because this is not the first time this has happened to me even this week! And if anyone can please get me some help asap, a direct line, anything?? This is so time sensitive and life altering , it is so rare for me to ever write a negative review, but nothing else is getting anybody's attention.

3/3/21-10:55am Very rude customer service, i did not finish my question and he hang up the phone on me. It took 30 mins to get an answer but just 2 seconds for the customer service to hang up on me. Please respect people time that they waited just to get threw as well.

Only one office in the whole seven county area that you can get a card... think you would keep appropriate staff on hand. You do realize your only open the 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday, when most ppl have a job... i tried going twice before my new job starts Monday and both time wasted hours with no result. Open a second new card spot or staff the existing one appropriately... or both!?
