Dustin arrived on time, and was wearing a mask, which I appreciated. He was here for at least an hour, and after that, gave me a detailed report of the entire furnace, such as what the efficiency parameters were, and how my furnace performed related to those parameters. He was friendly, answered my questions, and emailed a copy of the report immediately after the service was completed. Money well spent!

Stafford was super professional! They answered the phone, set up a timely quote appointment, gave me a reasonable bid, and then came back when it was convenient for me to replace some old light fixtures and install a brand new disc light over my shower. I’d definitely recommend them!

Chris came to fix our furnace. He was professional, efficient, and a great communicator. He diagnosed a complex problem that ended up to be the thermostat and replaced it quickly. He also simplified the wiring and explained it in detail to me so that I'll have a chance to troubleshoot any problems in the future. He had an assistant with him (I didn't catch his name) who was also courteous and professional. They both were upbeat and friendly and had a good sense of humor. I've loved my experiences with Stafford!

Stafford installed recessed lighting and a few pendants in our kitchen- the work itself is quality and I'm happy with how the project turned out. They made a couple errors that required them to come out for one additional day to fix, but they were quick to reply and remedy the mistakes. I would have loved to see more care in preventing dust from spreading from outside the room they were working in (they didn't put up a tarp or even close the door to the rest of the house while they worked)- but I did share that comment with them so hopefully they'll be more thoughtful in future projects!
