I went in there the other day and spent over 100. One of the items I bought was this 40 Tazer. It seemed to work fine inside the store, so I bought it. Well after the battery died, which was right away, I plugged it into the detachable charger that came with it. After that it stopped working completely. I took it back the very next day and they refused to give me refund or an exchange. Instead, the guy told me he'd give me 3 off of any glass pipe. I'm still in shock. I know their receipt clearly states no refunds but come on, I WAS a good customer. I think they could have been more flexible with my situation. If they would have, I would still be a loyal patron, but I'll take my money somewhere else now on.
A very organized and clean store with a wide variety of products as well as a professional and courteous staff to help you look through it all. Lots of quality glass work in stock sold in a multitude of styles. Staff always remembers me and has my regular purchases ready before I get to the counter. Best smokeshop I've been to in the Midwest.
