My daughter is 2 years old and this was our first time at Urban Air. First, I called them to ask what the best ticket option for us is. The lady was so helpful, I got the answer I wanted and reserved my tickets online. When we arrived, it was not jam packed at all. It was a good amount of people and they did a great job enforcing the mask policy. They greeted us nicely and we felt welcomed. We all love a quick and easy check-in and it was just that. There was plenty of fun activities for my 2 year old. I was worried she would only be playing in one or two sections for 2 hours. But nope, there was so much to do for a child her age.

We LOVE UA!!! Staff is friendly, everything is super clean and the kids love the variety of attractions. Great place for teams events, birthday parties or family gatherings. The Halloween decor was especially fun to see this time!

It is impossible to get through to speak to anyone at this place. The phones hang up on you. After asking multiple times to fix this issue they reply to send an email. This is very poor customer service especially with a pandemic and places limiting capacity. I enjoy the place especially since I am stuck in a one year membership but I would appreciate being able to speak to a representative at the location for a simple question.

My grandkids absolutely love Urban Air. They range in ages from 5-16 years old and there's something for everyone. Even their parents had a great time when we all went as a family. Good to get the kids out and away from electronics and doing something physically active. Can't wait to bring them back again.

My son and I had an amazing time on our \daddy date!\ The staff was very friendly and the park was clean with all the appropriate COVID precautions. We will definitely be back!
