Excellent customer service. Staff was warm and inviting with lots of great knowledge. They reviewed everything from the basic structural necessities to design considerations. Good selection of classic and modern inventory. Many functional gas units. Great location.

Love Woodland Stove. Love their expertise and range of products, love their friendly sales staff and technicians. BUT. They are impossible to get a hold of for service; phone calls are unanswered. I realize they’re the best in the cities, but they definitely need more service technicians. I guess that’s why they need more technicians, lol.
