I had long been wanting to visit the team stores ever since the Wild became one of my favorite teams over four years ago, looking forward to the possibility of increased selection of the knit headwear I'm fond of, and just because. The first interaction I received, after this long wait, was to be screamed at. The mode of communication doesn't make any difference. I'll always love the team out on the ice, and still want Minnesota Wild apparel, but can't trust the organization at large will ever treat me with civility. After an especially devastating experience with the team store of the San Jose Sharks, one of my "second-favorite" teams, back in 2014, I decided then on a position of Zero Tolerance for any undue anger or hostility, were I ever to make it out to the Minnesota Wild team stores. This place is great. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. New items come in through the season.
