Great place! Wonderful location! Great amenities! Awesome price! Was visiting for the week for a family members wedding so we decided to rent the All Joy Cottage, and it was great! Very roomy and comfortable. Well kept up and clean. It was located inside a gated community with a variety of other cottages that looked like a few of them are rentals as well. It was located a good drive outside of New Bern but not too far from all your main areas to visit. Close to the water to enjoy the free ferryboat that will drive you daily from one side to the other side (New Bern) for a great day of exploring. The cottage communtiy provides great ammenities with your stay, including:kayaks, tennis court, swimming pool, basketball court and beautiful space to enjoy a morning/evening/daily stroll. The cottage included a washer and dryer, all equipment to make kitchen functionable for cooking/baking and wonderful book of ideas from previous people who stayed there and shared what activities they enjoyed. There is a screened in porch on the back which made great to sit at and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and relax as you look into the woods and relax and reclect. Highly recommend!! Sure will be back!!
