I came back in town to visit some high school friends, so we went to the creamery for old times. It’s usually a long wait anyway to place and receive your order. However, it was kind of a let down this time. There were hardly any toppings in my tornado and I asked for extra cheesecake, since I was warned they have been skimpy of toppings lately. I didn’t taste any of it, just the 4 slicked of strawberries I had. Every time I come back it’s like this place goes down in quality, which is super sad since it used to be one of the best local businesses in the area.

Minooka Creamery has a huge selection of food and ice cream treats. Their food is very good. Their ice cream is very good. Their prices are reasonable.

I had to decrease this to 3 stars. I have been here a few times this summer and they have been slacking on the condiments. When I pay 10 for a ice cream with extra toppings I pay for, I expect to actually taste the toppings.... it just taste like regular vanilla ice cream..... one of the toppings I order is brownie in the tornado and i get a LARGE...I shouldn’t find only 4 brownie bites in it.... I expect at least 8 or even 10 bites to be really generous. When I first went here 3 years ago, they always put a lot of toppings and that’s why I fell in love with this place....

I had the soft serve Italian ice it was really good. I would definitely order it again.
