I'm a 57 year old truck driver I have over 28 years experience and I was brought up that when you speak to someone and say good morning they should always acknowledge that they heard you had spoken to them. (Not here) first time here security did not even speak back he act like I supposed to knew which way to go or where to proceed, like if I was bothering him this morning by doing my job and and the front receiving office was not too much better. Greeting skills is just a part of customer service and a part of all of our job matter of fact is just downright courtesy. I hope they don't treat everyone like that or I predict they're going to lose a lot of business.

Loaded so fast but I don’t know about unloading
They are talking and laughing all the time in side ! Don’t cares for your waiting!!
I don't know why all the bad reviews. 2 am appt, arrived 15 minutes early, was in receiving office for 5, got a dock and had paperwork around 2 hours later. For a full trailer being unloaded not bad. Ladies in receiving were nice and even joking around with the drivers.
