This review is directed at the company more than the location. Customer beware, do not enter Gift Cards in the mobile app. I entered the gift card in the app and used it the first time with no issue. Since it worked I thru away the gift card thinking it was entered in the app. Every time since I just get an error when trying to use it. There is 24.65 remaining on the card that I can get to. I called the company and was told first, if your order is over the amount on the gift card it won't allow it because they don't have the ability to split the payment. BETWEEN THEIR OWN GIFT CARD AND ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT?! Would have been nice to know before I entered the gift card in the app. However, my orders have all been under this amount and I still get the error. Their response, there is nothing we can do without an order number or the card number. Of course their system is not showing the old order when the card was first used. There final response was \we can't help you\. Unbelievable!
Genuinely nice employees with great customer service. I will continue to come back to this location because of the service I received today.
I have been there twice and both times the food tasted great. The place was very clean. The team had masks and gloves on. Full uniform with hats on.
The bread makes these sandwiches and tonight it had been over baked and was very tough! Sloppy sandwich...Ingredients fell out of and it wasn’t cut! The employees were nice enough, but, need to wear a hat or something to prevent hair from getting in product!
