Chris really helped me and my wife out. We wanted to convert our full size bed to a queen, but only had the full size bed rails. We looked for months trying to find bed rails that would fit our queen size bed. Finally I reached out to Chris to see if he could add a few inches to fit our spare bed. He was quick and very professional.
I reached out to Chris about a month ago to get an estimate to replace the old white wooden spindles (pic below). Chris told me it would be 3-4 weeks to order them and install them. I sent him a picture of what I was looking for and he sent me a few samples to choose from. He communicated with me over the next few weeks and we scheduled the day. He showed up on time and in a couple of hours had the new spindles in place. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend his service (which I already have twice.) Thanks Chris!
