I came all the way from Miami to celebrate my son’s birthday at this location. I love the variety of activities available for him to do. He really enjoyed his experience of each activity. I would highly recommend this place for your kids to have fun. They were also following proper protocol for social distance and sanitization. Very cool spot and even adults can have fun too with kids :). I think they should include a mascot or figurine for little kids to dance and have fun as well. A suggestion that might add more of excitement to this establishment as well. Thanks for a great experience.

We just left Urban Air and despite the fact we waited a while to check in because the line was long, I was impressed with the facility. We walked in and the line was past the front door. I think every parent was a little shocked to see 1 person doing check ins. After about 15 minutes a woman (probably in management) came to assist. Things started to move faster. She apologized profusely for the wait time and explained because CMS schools were opened the majority of her staff had to go to school. I like that this place has a lower price for kids 5 and below, and parents pay a fee to accompany. Every other trampoline park I've been to I have had to pay full price for my toddler. My tot loved the tubes section. It was pretty cool and kept him occupied for the majority of our time there. Then we went to the ball pit/obstacle course and then the trampoline section. This place is cool because it has options for every age. There were also a few arcade games too. The food court was huge with a ton of tables and chairs so you could just sit and relax. The place was clean. Even the bathroom was super clean. Walked in there with our socks on with no issues. They were def understaffed today and I understand why. It's Presidents Day but school is in. The staff I did encounter were friendly and tried their best to cover as many areas as physically possible. I will def visit this place again with my tot.

Wayyyy to packed no social distancing it was at max capacity line out the door. The employees weren’t enforcing masks over 40% people weren’t with masks would have it down their face , things werent being sanitized it’s a cool concept lot to do. But very poor organization

Went for my nieces birthday party and the owner was extremely rude to us. If it wernt for the manager Tessa we would not have come back. She made sure everything got better and apologized for everything. We came back last weekend and a kid puked in the ball pit where all the kids were playing. They closed it down for cleaning but when I asked the other manager there if they were going to take all the balls out for cleaning he said no. That just is a big red flag as to how they keep things clean. Especially during covid. We won’t be back.

Great place to take the kids for fun. They have a lot of different options for all ages. Definitely be going there again!
