I joined this gym when I first moved to Charlotte in June 2020 and everyone has always been so nice and helpful. They've got an app, a women's only bootcamp, and they clean their equipment per COVID-19 standards. I recommend this gym to anyone! I just had to cancel my membership because I moved father away, but I wanted to leave a review because my experience was always so positive. Great job

Even during COVID, I had to physically walk into the business to close my membership. No one was wearing a mask in the gym, except me, when I entered. I can't imagine going back after the pandemic is over to this gym. They wanted me to come in physically so they could try and change my mind. If I trusted them more, I may have indefinitely suspended my membership. However, in the past, they have charged fees during the time my membership was suspended. Considering they opened long before they were legally supposed to, and were not concerned with my health, I don't see being a member there again.
